With an exceptional combination of senior management and academic credentials, Mohammed possess the rare skill set essential for maintaining Ingenix ’s competitive edge.

He is responsible for much of the day-to-day management of Ingenix ‘s portfolio and provides the direction that yields profitable operations and growth. Mohammed leads the workforce, oversees financial structures, and ensures resources are available to meet present and future objectives.

Mohammed’s impressive career path includes both M&A and divestiture transactions of approximately CDN $250 million and higher. He has represented private companies, shareholders, and family trusts.

A highly respected professional in his field, Mohammed’s transactional exposure is extensive, including commercial transactions with key industry players such as Celanese Canada Inc., Pope & Talbot Inc., Shell Canada Ltd., Suncor Energy, Keyera Corp., Pembina Pipelines, Plains Midstream, Tervita Corp, and Gilead Sciences.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Wales, Wales, U.K.

Randall White is the Managing Partner at Ingenix, with responsibility for real estate development, marketing programs, brand management, and corporate sponsorships. Randall brings proven success in all aspects of the real estate industry. Skilled in Branding, Negotiation, Business Planning, Change Management, Operations Management, Recruiting, Coaching, Mentoring and Sales.

Prior to joining Ingenix, he worked in strategic business & project development and marketing at several companies, as well as his own international consulting business. Randall brings over 30 years experience in corporate restructuring, business development and strategic planning in the full range of real estate development, sales and marketing.

Randall’s  extensive executive history includes start ups, corporate restructuring and international consulting. He has represented private companies, shareholders, and family trusts. From small (Havaday Developments - 1000 acre Gary Player Golf Course and residential development) and mid sized Canadian companies (Symmetry Asset Management - many condo projects, resort development and commercial/industrial development) to international real estate developers such as Intrawest resort development, he has created outstanding results across the board.

Randall holds an Economics BA from University of Alberta as well as certifications in real estate, mortgaging, communications and marketing

Mr. Spooner joined Ingenix in 2017 as Managing Partner to lead the company’s new development projects. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Spooner has worked in all facets of real estate, including property management, tenant representation and raw land & building development.

Prior to joining Ingenix, Gordon has held various executive positions at Cadillac Fairview Corporation, SNC Lavalin, Procura Real Estate and Morguard Investments, where he has worked on prominent Canadian real estate projects from master planning, asset management and development  transforming projects from ideas to reality.

Gordon earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Alberta and is a member of Real Estate Counsel of Alberta - Property Management.
