Ingenix Real Estate Development Services, an operating division of Ingenix Business Intelligence Corp, was born of a meeting between three experienced, successful real estate executives who saw an opportunity to combine their complementary skill sets to offer a unique solution for land owners and developers.
Ingenix offers full land development services for a fee to everyone from corporations who wish to develop their own land but do not have the in house expertise to raw land owners who wish to maximize their land value to experienced developers that have hit a major challenge in their project.
The Ingenix model is to focus solely as the Owner’s representative and “act as a partner” while remaining an independent third party position. We do not compete with our clients by doing our own developments. We are absolutely committed to the complete success of your project.
